Hip Pain: Enhancing Mobility and Comfort

What Triggers It?

Hip pain in Leeds can stem from diverse factors, affecting not only the hip joint but also impacting the knee, lower back, and overall mobility. Common triggers encompass overuse, arthritis, injuries, and muscle imbalances. Grasping these factors is imperative for effective intervention.

Signs of Hip Pain You Might Encounter

You may endure discomfort while walking, twisting, or bending at the hip, occasionally accompanied by radiating pain into the leg. The hip’s pivotal role in movement and strength underscores how any dysfunction can substantially impede your daily routines.

Approaches for Treating Hip Pain

At Indergaard Physiotherapy, we commence with a comprehensive evaluation, taking into account how various body parts influence hip function. Treatment may entail manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. In select cases, Shockwave Therapy proves to be an effective option.
